This year’s event was great…Paulette did really well on her food booth and sold out of Indian Taco’s. She also had porcupines, made with buffalo meat…and Elk Sausage stew. I was never a person to eat wild meats, but I did try this, both of them…and I really liked the Elk stew, I ate about 3 bowls…It does pay to try everything once.
I did well on my craft booth, not as well in the previous years, but I still made
a few good contacts and will be having a table at this years’ Aboriginal mosaic. Juhnea and Deneil sat at the table pretty much all night.
We got some cool certificates of achievement from the committee, I am so proud of mine, looks fabulous.
